• Order Information: Shopify order number for verification
• Fitness Data: Age, gender, fitness goals, experience level, workout preferences
• Health Information: Injuries, allergies, dietary restrictions (optional)
• Body Composition: InBody results if you choose to upload them (optional)

We use your information to:

• Verify your purchase eligibility
• Create your personalized workout plan
• Send you your completed plan via email
• Communicate with you about your plan
• Improve our service (only if you consent to data retention)

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Firebase (Google Cloud) for data storage and Resend for email delivery. All data transfers are encrypted using TLS/SSL.

Access to your data is strictly limited to authorized RAVIX coaches who need it to create your workout plan.

You have full control over your data. During the questionnaire, you can choose:

• Delete after processing: Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days after your plan is delivered.
• Keep data: We retain your data to provide better service for future plans and to improve our offerings.

Regardless of your choice, you can request data deletion at any time by contacting us on Instagram.

We do not sell your personal information. Your data is only shared with:

• RAVIX coaches who create your workout plan
• Service providers (Firebase, Resend) necessary to operate our service
